"two seasons sucks!! too hard!!"
Awful experience buying online the items were un-clickable tons of problems in general in the site i had to refresh it several times and they cancelled my order and wont respect the price with i did my order... is not 1 star is 0 , never buy anything there such a shame!!! and they call themselves a store! and they try to solve this with a 10% discount , poor management in trouble times, 3rd world customer service ...

So I wrote a review on here and it got taken down for No reason.
I had been a customer of two seasons for a few years they had always treated me differently due to being in a relationship with one of the staff which i think is ridiculous as the management had relationships and didnt treat their other halfs the way they have towards me. I used to shop in two seasons all the time most of my wages used to go towards buying garments from the store in Lichfield. Last year i was talking to a fellow customer at the till about the store and how good it is, bumping the company up, my partner who works there got pulled aside by the manager and got told that he shouldn't be speaking to me when serving customers which is fair enough except the fact that he wasn't talking to anyone it was just a conversation between me and the customer - I heard my name get mentioned and found out my partner had been told off for no reason so I went up the manager and asked if he had an issue with me he said no and I asked him why he had had a word with my partner and why my name had been mentioned and he said that he shouldn't be speaking to me whilst serving when I informed the manager that he hadn't said a word to me he froze, didn't say sorry or anything else to me, next thing you know when I next walk into the store and I get told by my parter ( who is just an advisor!!! Not a manager!! ) that I'm banned ... nearly 2 years on and I'm still banned. The manager who had an issue with me Timothy Popkin who has now left the company, there is a new manager running the store and my partner has tried to sort this issue out, as I now have to stand outside the shop doors like a dog, but they haven't really responded to the issue, they keep passing the issue off to someone else and when we contact that person they pass it on to someone else going round in circles. I feel segregated and singled out by defending myself which is not a crime or a wrong doing behaviour. I've been told by my family and friends including my friends from the local skate park disagree with the situation and the way I have been treated is ridiculous, they do not shop there as often anymore (even some of the staff think I've done nothing wrong and that it's ridiculous as I get along with them!!). This is disgusting customer service by such a big company, so ignorant and disappointing.
This trust piliot review should of not been reported it is not acceptable to treat customers the way they have towards me if anyone needs to discuss this matter further please contact me. I am allowed to voice my opinion and state the events I have experienced with two seasons that is what trust piliot is for I will not get put away in the shadows again by this company. The more you report and remove this review the more I will go out of my way to make sure it sticks on here. I have EVERY right to post this publicly stop trying to hide your wrong doings and maybe act on them like a professional company.
Recent Update: The store invited me in for a meeting and I am now unbanned this review was never aimed at this store just the higher arcy of management (area management) that chose to ignore me and purposely misinformed me about this situation and for that reason until I get a personal apology for the higher managements biast actions I will not remove this review.
To the customer service that reported this review why don't you read up on this review before you report it.

I never write reviews.. But this? Just amazing.. 50% discount on Havaianas flip-flops.. bought one pair first and then another 3 for the family pairs! Next day delivery for free and e-mail updates.. i would give it 10 stars..

"Shockingly bad"
Their website is shocking. Clicking on many items for a "closer view" more often than not loops you back to the main menu. Items seem to mysteriously disappear from your basket upon reaching the checkout. Clicking on page "2" or anything after page 1 of a search seems to crash every computer in my household completely - using Mozilla, Chrome and Explorer. Considering you have a grand total of TWO stores in the entire Greater London area, and your web designers seem to think their job isn't even worth bothering with, it's very clear that this company is headed for a massive crash pretty soon

"After ordering they simply said they refused to ship order"
Extremely poor and slow interface, due to which the bag with 8 items was erased automatically at the point of payment. After getting it all together again the same order was placed twice. And for the final next day received an email stating that due to courier limitations they don't send to Denmark (though Denmark is on their delivery list, with shipping prices).
Courier limitations? It's not 2002 anymore. When you spend over 200 EUR you can get any courier to get it to the next country on the map.

"Big let down after years of being a customer."
I have placed many orders with Two Seasons and have always been happy. However, this time I required a little help with an item I was interested in - wanted some more info - and after a rather long wait on the phone I finally got through to a lady that could not seem to understand any English, what I said was then guessed and incorrect, when we finally understood which item I was enquiring about, this could not be found on the system, nor was the product number understood. This went on until I was incredibly fed up with trying to correspond and gave up, going ahead with my website purchase, without this item.
The next day I then received an email informing me an item I had ordered was out of stock and would not be sent out to me - this is incredibly frustrating, disappointing and unprofessional. I have ordered from many online retailers this Christmas season and I have not experienced this with any others.
All in all a very difficult and frustrating shopping experience, which is a shame as has put me off shopping with Two Seasons.
