"Very poor aftercare no help what so…"

Very poor aftercare no help what so ever regards registering the product just wasn't helpfull at all there was no help to register from either yourself or ghd and I had to open the box to be able to try and register I don't understand why I'm not able to register my product the date code wasn't valid I'm sure either party could get the correct information so u could do this as I have done on all my ghd products . So no still not happy maybe a bit more communication between both parties so I can get what a customer is entitled to after paying nearly £200 still not happy with the after care.

Overall the company is good, two deliveries and the package had leaked but third time lucky and customer service were great. Their courier requires a signature which is quite odd these days so again that caused further delay in me receiving item, but pleased with product and pricing. Have ordered again and those items arrived with no issue. Would use them again for sure

I accidentally left my old postcode on the delivery details, so when the delivery guy came to drop the parcel off, it was the right address but wrong postcode,which obviously caused confusion.

The company contacted me Immediately to Inform me that the parcel could not be delivered and to make sure details were correct.
They kept me up to date with the re delivery and didn’t once make me feel it was my fault (even though it was).

So a massive thank you to their customer service team (and the driver) for their patience, efficiency and honesty.

The products were also fab and a complete bargain too!
