"Shockingly bad Customer Service! "

The GHD styler that was recommended to me by your app/website, was the incorrect one for my long, thick, hair. I only realised this once I had opened the box. When I tried to return it (it had not been used at all), HWS Beauty refused to accept my return due to the box being opened (for literally 30 seconds). I find this customer service completely unsatisfactory and the complete opposite of other top brands that I have purchased from. Recently, Dyson reimbursed my sister my sister immediately without question, for a hair straightener that she had purchased, and the box had been opened.

Awful the company that are use to delivery my package never delivered my package the third time around, tried to delivery twice, they never knocked, I have dogs and a ring door bell.

Not once did they get out the van to even deliver and I emailed asking about it being delivered again and never got a response back.
