I'd like to say how great the customer service has been from Caroline Jarvis at Viridian Meadows Desborough. From start to finish she has provided excellent customer service which has continued into fantastic aftercare. Caroline is professional yet has brought a different level of customer care to my experience. Keep up the great work!

I had to call and speak to one of your representatives, this evening. It wasn’t a major issue and I wish I could remember his name. That was the most efficient call I’ve had to make to a financial company in ages. I was through the automated menu and was speaking to a rep in moments. My issue was resolved and the call lasted 4 minutes total. It probably could have been three, but that’s only because I gave more info than needed.

I just requested a credit line increase in the app, and got the response, immediately. I had to update information. I also have had this card for over 6 months and use it responsibly, so I requested a credit line increase, but real easy and quick with the app.

The card itself, is your average credit card, with no annual fee, it does have cash back rewards. However, I use it responsibly, so I have no complaints with this card. This recent experience is regarding the app and how easy and fun it was to request a credit increase.
