This is my ninth project with the company. From the outset, as always, Jo and Megan were very helpful, quick to respond to emails, always friendly and approachable with clear and constructive advice. The turnaround time was, as usual, prompt. When the package arrived, however, there had been a printing error inside the book. I contacted them immediately, and Issy, and then Megan, took details.

This parcel is the most significant for me, as it's a bespoke present for a friend who's very ill. Time was very important. Within two days, I received the multiple copies of the correct hardback books. I cannot thank Megan, Issy and the printing staff enough.

Why the five-star rating despite the mistake? Because it was simple human error and we all do it! I am so impressed because the staff genuinely cares about doing a good job, and they moved heaven and earth to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible (two days is an amazing turnaround time). What impresses me as well is that no one tried to make excuses, but just got on with ensuring the minimum of delay.

I will, without doubt continue to use this company whenever I need to in the safe knowledge that they will do a first-class job.
