I would just like to express my frustration as to my order that has not yet been received, I've called Postnl and Spring Global Delivery Solutions and when I gave them my tracking number they both confirmed with me saying that there is none of that package of such kind, and I'm more frustrated with is the fact that when I speak to one of your representatives they keep sending me a link showing when my order will arrive in South Africa which it showed that it did but the companies who you guys say and delivering my package does not seem to know anything.

No communication is even being related from your guys point as to say look currently the package is delayed or there's a hold up on customs everything I had to do on my own and it's been a week from when I'm supposed to receive my order which is so frustration and from what I see online with regarding the reviews it seems that nothing ever happens with people's orders that have not received over months and I would like a response because this is not on as a company and I would like a refund for my package

Bijna een maand geleden voetbalschoenen besteld bij ze. Meerdere keren een excuusmail ontvangen dat de levering vertraagd was: nog even een week langer wachten graag. Betekent in de praktijk langer doorlopen op de oude kapotte schoenen. Vandaag uiteindelijk zelfs het bericht gekregen dat ze niet meer leverbaar zijn, zonder ook maar iets van excuses of tegemoetkoming. Wat een flutbedrijf.

Habe letztes Jahr Fussballschuhe gekauft und dieses Jahr Torwarthandschuhe, und beides wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Der Preis der Ware ist dazu auch Top.
Für Dauekunden, wäre ein Bonussystem interessant

Lo volveré a decir son unos ladrones, incumplidos y en coacción con los lacras de MailAmericas...no cumplen con entregas. No solucionan nada, mi pedido es el 55170044, y el tracking es ZH135545482MX, pero tengo la seguridad de que saldrán son la misma sarta de estupideces de sus correos donde se desafanan de la responsabilidad culpando aduana, donde no dan solución y donde dicen que harán lo posible cuando eso llevan diciendo un mes pero si hacer absolutamente nada, pague el paso de aduana, desde el 13 de enero, dejen de hacerse los nefastos y cumplan. CUMPLAN HDP!
