The staff is awesome and I love the chats with Mildred when I pay my bill. However, the rates are high and they just increased so now it's even harder to pay just to keep your items in storage.

"Never can talk with someone at corporate office"
I think it is a terrible business model that when I have a problem or concern that i cannot talk with someone at the corporate level. It is the only company I have ever dealt with in my 31 years of being in business that does not give me the opportunity to speak to a corporate employee.
Secondly and just as concerning how is it that when my payment is due on the 1st of the month even before the close of business (on the 1st) I am locked out of my unit (because i am considered "late"). Any other bill i have (ie car or house payment, credit card payment) gives me till the close of business on the day the payment is due before I am considered late. I would ask that someone from the corporate office call my office with an explanation to the "payment due" issue. You have my office number on file. Thank you!
