Really great company and service, my sister and her kids were moving and needed help to move from a 3 bed to a 4 bed house. Guys turned up on time 10am assessed what needed to go in and strategically filled there Luton Van almost instantly on a really wet and miserable day - then helped unload at the otherside. Very polite and efficient this is the second time using them and will definitely recommend them and will use them again.

"Property damaged"

The movers arrived 20 minutes late with no communication prior to their arrival. They had breaks in between and were pretty slow at completing the work, which resulted in a lot of hours spent moving. Two of my new sofas were damaged in the process. On informing the movers on the day, I was told this had been the case prior to the work being carried out, with the movers speaking in a foreign language between themselves and the office (on the phone). I am a foreigner too, but I would never speak in my native language in such situations.

I called the office, but I did not get an appropriate response, concentrating mainly on the finishing time rather than my damaged property. I tried to obtain the gentleman’s name (on the phone), but I was told "that doesn't matter."

The only compensation I received for my 2-month-old leather electric recliner sofas was £40, as I "failed to provide the total value of the items being moved."

Although they were the cheapest of all, I am not satisfied with their service as it was not done professionally, as advertised. Both the movers and the call handler did not manage this in an appropriate manner.

The main reason I hired professionals to move my sofa professionally which did not happen.

I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They were great. Polite. Careful with the furniture. They knew how to stack the furniture in the van so it fit properly. I would use them again!
