"Ignored my request to send my order order"

They got me the wrong order and told me that is the one I ordered butt it wasn't.. when I asked them to show me evidence that I ordered the wrong (Right side mirror case instead of the left one), they ignored my message !! They kept telling me to pay for sending it back and make a new order. !!
This, in my view, is an irresponsible behaviour

Ordered wheel bearings for my car, unfortunately EVRi delivered it to the wrong address so EnergizedCustoms sorted me out with a refund even if that wasn’t their fault! Top class ! And everything without any problems!
