"The product on the whole is good"

The product on the whole is good. One batch had a few faulty slabs which were an inconvenience but overall the service from Yorkstone has been pretty good.

The carriers they use however have been VERY POOR in communicating delivery dates and times. In fact they never contacted us and we had to chase up information from Yorkstone. Very poor service in my view given the value of the order and importance in knowing delivery details.

I strongly recommend Yorkstone tighten up this area of their business as it really lets the side down. In this day and age there is no excuse for not supplying customers with relatively accurate delivery information.
