"incorect description of size unsuitable transport"

the rocks were described as small and could be lifted by one man many were so large even two men had difficulty. they were delivered by a panel truck that could not unload them safely the pallet fell about 2ft. on to the pavement blocking the path until my gardeners arrived. Deliveries to an urban address need a truck with a crane to lift the pallet over the hedge into the front garden, It's lucky you messed up the delivery date or the rocks would have been on the pavement over night!
