"Paving slab for path gateway, new sawn manor buff bespoke size (bullnosed edge)"

We used Yorkstone Supplies for the first time for fitting the paving slabs on the client’s footpath in the Kingston area. The first stone arrived on time, but was slightly damaged on one side. Probably during the transportation of the material the pallet left a mark on the stone which couldn't be sanded off by our fitters. The response from Yorkstone Supplies was very swift and pleasant and they have supplied another stone within a few days with no additional costs.

As a reputable building contractor being in the trade for the last 17 years we appreciate that things not always go according to plan and mistakes are made, but it's important what approach the company takes. We are very pleased that Yorkstone Supplies has high standards and values and responded to our complaint in a professional manner.
