I ordered 30sqm of stone, and specifically asked that delivery be delayed by 3 weeks as I was going on holiday. I was later given a delivery date, which was acceptable. The lorry arrived 2 days early and it was a pure fluke I had just arrived home. The lorry driver was the most bad tempered and unhelpful guy I have ever met. He dumped the stone across my drive (3 pallets) and I had to move the stone by hand out of the way so that I could get my car out. I complained to Yorkstone and one of the Directors personally contacted me to sort out my issue completely. The product itself is superb. All companies have issues from time to time and it is the sign of a great company if they react to complaints in a positive manner. I am a very happy customer.

Bought dry stone walling to increase height of existing wall. Matches perfect in colour. Delivery on date that was promised. Dropped stone on drive on a pallet and took it along drive for us making it easy to empty in back garden.
