Been using optimale for over 4/5 months.

It was great to see a business that adapted to the challenges of covid and still provide a brilliant service.

The home blood tests are easy and straightforward also, measuring a range of important markers.

My treatment is being managed well, and feeling positive, so easy if I have a question, I'll email in and get a answer back within 24 hours or less, top customer service by all.

Or if I need to adjust my protocol or dose the dr will put me in the right direction and I'll get to talk to him with in a quick time frame.

My only regret is ... i didn't reach out years ago, my advice would be if your having symptoms get your blood work done and drop them a email.

Been using Optimale for about 10 months now. From day one they have been fantastic, quick to reply to me if I have any questions or concerns, the process to get on TRT took less than a few weeks after blood test confirmed I had low testosterone, Charlotte and Rebecca are amazing, lovely to talk to and always happy to help in any way, I would highly recommend Optimale if you feel you are suffering form low T symptoms, life changer for me.

I am a cancer survivor and require TRT post head and neck radiotherapy.
