"So I have given Optimale a five star…"

So I have given Optimale a five star for their service. For years I suffered with symptoms which included depression and low mood problems, fatigue, tiredness and lack of energy all the time, low libido. I read about trt and the more I read the more I began to believe low test levels could be playing a big part in how I had felt for so long. My local GP’s where not helpful at all and tried to blame my allergy issues. One GP even told me that treatment can be safe and effective but the NHS basically would not be willing to pay for it.
I then decided to contact Optimale and I now wish I had learned this years ago. Optimale did some blood tests and then moved me forward for treatment. Everything was explained to me in great detail and communication has been second to none. Their staff, including the Doctor have been outstanding. Kind, caring, understanding and very helpful with any of my millions of questions. To start with I was a bit scared to do treatment and have never been a fan of needles but have ended up managing really well and was even offered for someone at Optimale to go through it with me the first few times over the phone. Fast forward five or six months and I feel unbelievably better than I have for such a long time. Has so far been life changing.
Massive thank you to everyone at Optimale and a special thanks to Rebecca who is always there to answer my emails and questions very promptly any time of any day.

I suffered with all of the major symptoms of low testosterone over the last 18 months.

The GP was not interested, insisting the best course of action was anti-depressants. Frustrated with the response from primary care, I decided to do as much research online as I possibly could. I thought it was worth ruling out low testosterone, as at 31 it was unlikely to be that, but due to me having several symptoms I looked at different private health clinics and decided that Optimale looked the most professional and the pricing seemed fair; unlike some of the other clinics that were charging £500 for a consultation!

I ordered the initial test and it arrived within a day or two. Sent the test off and was convinced it would come back with a ‘normal’ reading. Again, within a couple of days Optimale were in touch and the results showed low total and free testosterone. I quickly ordered the second test and within a couple of weeks my diagnosis was confirmed.

Finding a physiological reason for the fatigue, low mood, lack of drive etc... was actually a huge relief. The consultation process was professional, timely and the doctor was great. Happily answering any questions that I had, he explained the pros and cons of TRT and I decided that it was my best option.

Just over a week into treatment, I’m taking testosterone cypionate and HCG twice weekly and I already feel less fatigue. The full benefits are unlikely to be realised for 6-12 months but it’s a promising start and I can’t fault Optimale’s professionalism, customer service and convenience.

"Fantastic 5 Star Service"

TRT is a lot to learn and navigate. A lot. Rebecca and the team truly did hold my hand all the way through to answer countless questions and explain absolutely everything. Truly five star service and worth every penny if you need to fix this aspect of your life. Highly recommended for guys in London. Using the NHS is way too slow, cumbersome and limited.

"I contacted optimale late last year…"

I contacted optimale late last year following a diagnosis of low testosterone. I'd done a ton of research of which provider to go with and I emailed every single clinic in the UK.
Optimale was by far the most responsive, helpful and non pressuring one I came across.
I paid for blood results and was set on going with optimale, but decided against going on TRT for a while. They didn't even pressure me into using their blood testing services, they just simply wanted the results. The prices are more than reasonable for the types/esters of testosterone they provide (similar to the cost of what it would be on a prescription anyway).
Although I've decided not to use their services my review is based on their contact. I will likely hop on TRT in the future and I'll have no problems going to Optimale. I did not get any idea whatsoever that they were after my money, only that they genuinely wanted to help.

"Honest review"

I am very glad I chose Optimale. Let me explain.

I am 29 years of age and I tried to go through NHS to get my blood tests for testosterone as I am expetiencing pretty much every sign of low testosterone.

My GP has been kind enough to do the tests and they came back 9mnol/L which technically still belongs into healthy testosterone levels.

The only trouble is that those would probably be healthy levels if I was 60 years old but NHS does not take into consideration age as a factor.

Going with optimale has been fantastic choice.

I started talking to Christina at Optimale and it truly was pleasure to deal with her. Very helpful, kind and quick to reply with advice or guidance.

Once my blood test results came back, ot was time to schedule phone appointment with doctor.
To my surprise I had appointment one day after receiving the results.

Dr Chungh has explained everything about my blood test results and trt with its benefits and risks and talked me through the whole process and answered every question I had and I had many to make sure I understand.
We both agreed that treatment could be very beneficial to start a treatment.

I got reply one working day later from Chritina with step by step every detail I could need, links to begin with subscription and everything is now sorted.

The whole process was very smooth and very fast.

I will upload my progress and update on how beneficial the treatment is as I will start in few days.

Optimale has gone beyond what I was hoping for and now I am interested on what the treatment is going to be like once it arrives.

We are all different and so I realize that it might work miracles right away, but I also realise that it might not... But I have 100% confidence in Optimale that they will work closely with me on making the difference that I need.

So far every step of the way I felt like they truly care about my wellbeing. Christina is extremly helpful and I can only wish there will be similar attitude in NHS one day.
