We've done several trips relaying on travel experts to arrange our holiday. Our 11-day journey to Colombia stood out and felt better than others because of the choices that have been made regarding accommodation and the selected local travel partners (guides, support, etc). The quality was consistently very good and our expert Caroline did a good job pulling everything together for unforgettable, positive memories. We were fairly unlucky doing some tours during national holidays which resulted in sub-optimal experiences, which probably good have been picked up at scheduling stage. Having said this, the people on site, as welcoming, kind and joyful they are, did their very best to maximise our experience. Thank you.

It took some planning, five nights in Finnish Lapland for 18 people with an age range of fifty years for a special birthday. Caroline Marber's experience, knowledge and contacts did the trick. From snowmobiling to husky sleighing, ice floating and lots of sausages and berry juice, we had an unforgetable time. And yes, the northern lights danced for us on our last night. It was magical.

Our 3 week trip through South America taking in the Galapagos, the Amazon, the Caribbean coast in Colombia as well as hiking up to 5000m altitude in the Andes worked flawlessly. I didn't have much time to involve myself in the planning, with a few pointers Caroline put a great trip together, exceeding our expectations. We stayed in fabulous lodges and hotels and ate fantastic food and always felt safe and in very good hands. I am certain if we were to suggest another trip organised by cazenove&loyd all our young adult children would sign up straight away again !

It was wonderful working with Flora at cazenove+loyd. She helped make our honeymoon to Sri Lanka and The Maldieves a seamless and truly unforgettable experience.
