Cazenove & Loyd organised the most wonderful holiday in Kenya for our family - on safari and then on the coast. The team worked hard to understand what we were all hoping for from an African holiday and put together the most amazing programme with activities such as riding, walking safari and fantastic game drives as well as giving us time to have a more relaxing time on the beach. The customer service at Cazenove & Loyd was superb: we were in touch with the individual who was arranging our trip a couple of times over the Christmas and New Year period and had very quick and helpful responses to all our queries. We were looked after beautifully in Kenya by all the hotel and lodge representatives and returned feeling we had enjoyed the most amazing experience together.
