"READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK"
Our landscaper booked a skip for Thursday, he did this the previous week, all I had to do was pay for it. Was somewhat anxious when I first spoke to the company, they were unsure about the booking and the call handling was poor, disinterested and far from competant. Thursday arrived, no skip, telephone calls were made and this is where the sheer fabrication and story telling begun. Initially, they didn't know where the driver was so couldn't say how ling he would be?! Then it was the fault of the previous customer who has put asbestos in the skip so it couldn't be released for rehire, allegedly, we should have been advised about this on the Wednesday.yesterday. This conflicts with the original story of the skip, driver and wagon being untraceable. We were then advised that having phoned all local suppliers, there were no skips available in the size we ordered. Not a problem I said, send a bigger one then, was then advised that it would cost more to do this, I said it wouldn't affect me as I wouldn't be paying as it was their mistake. This couldn't be done either. They then said they could deliver the following Tuesday!! The andscaper now has to tell customers that he can't start when he promise to do so, the digger he hired will be needed for another day so extra charges have been incurred and all because this totally shambolic, incompetent company can't deliver a skip when they promise to do so. I have now asked for a refund and have been told that it will take between 3 and 7 days!! SWhat sort of systems are they running apart from keeping customers money for services they don't supply. They are utterly incompetent, under no circumstances use them no matter how desperate you are. Just look at all the dreadful reviews, it is frightening.

"After a rusted skip with holes was originally delivered, the company has replaced the skip with a good condition one and reset the clock of the collection, so all is resolved. Good customer service"
The initial skip that was supplied was damaged and unusable, I messaged them and the following morning a new skip was delivered and the damaged one taken back, also the 2 weeks use timer has been reset allowing me the time needed to use it safely thankfully.
Overall, good customer service, swift reply from them and action from the third party skip supplier. They fixed my problem quickly, and resolved the problem as quick as possible, that has been much appreciated

Poor service was advised a skip permit could take 7 days, chased up a week later and was told there was a backlog and new business was not being taken. Not sure why we weren’t told that a week prior when we first enquired

I ordered a skip for Monday and due to an error they claimed it couldn't be delivered until the Wednesday, however as this is a third party company and the place they used for my skip I had already called and been told I could not have this until Wednesday - Therefore they just took the money knowing they couldn't delivery the skip, they had no ownership of the error and when I was discussing how upset I was, took it personally rather than delivering a solution which would satisfy me as a customer, After I persisted they did make sure my skip was delivered early on the Wednesday. My personal opinion is not to use a skip brokerage - just ring your local suppliers and then book the one which has the earliest availability as you will pay less and get a better service overall

Skip didn’t turn up. Spent all morning calling. Got cut off several times, picked phone up and chatted and laughed amongst themselves and then hung up. Left holding for ages. Loads of excuses and no skip

I booked using Skip supply network as they were the only company that would agree a drop off and collection date in advance. When I called for a price they initially quoted me £250 + VAT which when I challenged they quickly dropped to £250 inc VAT !
The skip was delivered as agreed on the Friday but NOT collected the Monday as promised... The skip is still on my drive … I have spoken to 3 different members of staff who were all extremely rude and lied !

If you are thinking about hiring a skip, I am about to give you the best advice you will get today. DO NOT USE this company. Go directly to a local skip hire company, you will save not only quite a bit of hard earned cash, but a whole lot of stress and inconvenience. Don't make that many mistakes when it comes to finding companies to hire, but boy oh boy did I make the worst one yet with these numptys. Have only gave one star because I had to, but I suppose the sales patter should get that if nothing else, because the service that follows it absolutely pathetic. From the minute you pay, it's all downhill and yes it's up to you to run around trying to sort out their failure to provide the service that you have paid for. Save yourselves the stress and just book direct with your local skip hire. Not only are you supporting local business, but saving yourself time, money and agrevation. I am writing this review to stop good honest hard working people from being ripped off and messed around.

Disgusting customer service, ordered a skip for 6th March Saturday , no skip delivered , telephoned on Monday " We can bring it now" Why i needed it for Saturday to do a job, requested a refund of £224 STILL WAITING, DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL ... DISORGANISED UNCARING COULD NOT CARE LESS EXPERINCE
