"I ordered here several office chairs…"
I ordered here several office chairs because mine ones in the office got broken and the staff asked me to buy new ones.
There are both chairs for like 400 dollars and more, which are more for the CEO, and those for 100 dollars which are def for the staff :) You know, chairs which you can break casually and do not regret baout spent money.
So, I ordered a couple of ones here and now thinking of upgrading mine one ;)

"TENAQUIP DOES IT AGAIN!!!!"
I have placed an order for Arrow Staples 8 days ago.
Imagine my surprise when I called to check on its status today, only to learn it hasn’t even shipped yet! I’ve received no communication—no update about stock issues, no offer for partial shipment, nothing. It’s a bit like being ghosted, but by a company.
To add to the fun, there wasn’t a single note on the order indicating any stock issues or shipment delays. This lack of communication is particularly frustrating because, sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience with Tenaquip. How many chances does a company expect a customer to give before the disappointment feels like déjà vu?
Now, let me tell you about my delightful conversation with customer service today. The representative seemed so relaxed I could almost hear the hammock swaying in the background. He casually informed me that only 42 out of the 60 boxes I ordered were available, and the stock was still trickling in. Again, no one thought to mention this to me. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was connected with Diane, who, I must say, wasn’t exactly radiating customer service excellence.
Diane explained that I “should have known” there were only 42 packages available. I must’ve missed the memo that I now work for Tenaquip and have insider knowledge of your inventory system! When I asked why the order couldn’t ship today—since it had already been eight days—she said it was “too late” (mind you, it was only 2 p.m.). I suggested that good customer service might warrant a little extra effort, but Diane didn’t seem particularly inclined to go the extra mile.
I also requested contact information for the district manager, and she declined to provide it. I’d love to know how a company plans to retain customers when we’re treated to the same poor experience time after time.

I am puzzled as to how this joke of a company has 4.1 stars out of 5 when every single goddamn review gave them a 1 star! I'm guessing some cash greased the right hands and this Trustpilot site is about as trustworthy as a meth head with your credit card.
I bought 6 identical items that were in stock over 2 weeks ago and the progress of that shipment says it is still in progress. I phoned in and heard all the usual cut and paste nonsense about how busy they are blah blah blah. But the guy was going to put in an email and get that shipping department to work and I could be sure it would be out soon. What really burns my ass is these slick company websites that have all these awards for best managed companies, top distributers, and all kinds of foundations it supports, and yet it can't do the single function it is in business for, and that is getting their product out to a customers in a reasonable time frame, and of course not bullshi**ng the customer!
I bought from this company as it was local, I am in the very same city, so I expected to have the items relatively quickly, and I chose them to help out local business, rather than buying on Amazon. With Amazon I would have had my items the next day, without being lied to, and without all this headache. To hell with this company and I hope the f'ng place goes bankrupt, and the founder, Ken Reed, crawls out of his grave and chokes the life out of the lazy pri@ks that sullied his memory.

"Horrible Customer Service"
I placed an order several weeks ago on my personal account, when the order arrived I was short 2 items. I assumed the items were on back order so I sent them an email wondering about the status of the remaining items. I only got a standard reply stating they "would look into it". Two weeks after that I sent another email but did not receive a reply. Three weeks after receiving the package I called the customer service number only to be told the items were not on back order and was likely discontinued. When I asked for a refund the man on the phone became quite rude. When I asked if there was another number I could call direct to deal with the refund his only reply was "have a nice day" in a very condescending tone. While the line did not terminate there was no answers to further verbal communications either.
I sent the company an email requesting a refund for the items that did not ship but also requesting that my account be deleted because I will no longer be doing business with them.I also showed my manager the details on this issue and I have removed them from my companies database as well since they are no longer a trusted supplier.

"Dont trust the website"
Never followed up with there order. I called there Customer service, says we dont why your order is not completed. Then said they have to cancel the order, But yet still have a charge posted on my credit card for the last 7 days. There customer service said to try again if you want..but cant sort out the order already placed? Seems shady!

Very disappointed. I'd give zero stars if I could.
On their website they CLEARLY state that shipping is included on orders over $99, however, after I had placed my order (over $1700) they informed me that my shipping costs would be over $200. (And the ship to address qualified for free shipping.)
I do not recommend doing business with a company that will not stand behind their stated promises.
I made the purchase from a competitor.

One of the best Canadian companies I have dealt with, in over 25 years in business. Tenaquip somewhat remind me of a great American company called Stimpson, in that they both provide excellent customer service, that is more typical of much smaller companies.
