Zero stars. When I cancelled my policy with Freeway, they failed to tell/follow up with the financier and I got charged additional funds. They do not care about you. Patricia Walters is unprofessional, here is an email she wrote to me when it was their fault this was happening.
"I just emailed to craig TODAY!!! You HAVE TO GIVE HIM A CHANCE TO CANCEL. He does not have a direct line."
Find a better outlet Patricia I had to do your job for you.

What went wrong with Freeway Taxi insurance? You now have to do everything on line and can no longer get to speak to a human being! I have just spent the last three days trying to get cancellation information from them but all you get is, "you need to complete a cancellation Form" which is sent via SMS with a link to the Form which you have to complete. Unfortunately it will only give me a calendar where you can only select a date from July this year and it is actually January and will not let me select this date! The were at one time a great company, easy to contact and excellent communication but not anymore.

I am highly upset with this company and can get no answers. I was stopped by a cop (florida) and asked for my info. insurance and registration both good, but he said my license was suspended and asked did I know why. I had no idea! he told me it was for no insurance..I got upset because my insurance had just renewed so it must be a mistake. I have been calling, and calling, either 45-1 hr holds,no answer or calls drop. finally reached an agent with corporate who called my local branch and we were on hold again 25 min. then they said the portal needed to be updated. Long story short, The insurance company automated system sent a letter to the DMV stating no insurance,but yet the rep confirmed I had insurance with no lapse. now I have to go to court for driving with a suspended license, when my license never should have been suspended because my insurance never lapsed. This I costing me $$$ I shouldn't even have to pay.This company could care less because the rep who emailed me promising to help me has gone silent..Do not use them

I’ve had freeway insurance company for years and I was not notified I was on auto pay well I found a better cheaper insurance that you can actually talk to by phone because usually you can get anyone to answer your calls at freeway to take your payment I called in every month I’ve been with them now that I have another insurance company freeway all of a sudden wanted to use auto pay which I didn’t authorize because I called my payment in every month since I signed up with them well now I had to sign a cancellation form and then they are going to prorate my payment that was not authorized by me and that takes up to 42 to 72 hours just for the cancellation to go through then instead of sending the money back to my card that I’ve paid my payment with every month they are gonna mail my check for what money these crooks prorate my insurance for do not get insurance with these crooks Ive paid reinstatement so many times because freeway doesn’t know what there doing and will just charge you a higher payment every month and then tell you it’s for reinstatement that you know hasn’t been six months but one month since you paid it last these people are incompetent and don’t know what there doing do not get insurance here
