Absolutely fast, friendly, fantastic service over the years! Freeway Insurance has found me MUCH more affordable rates than any insurance provider I've ever worked with.

Additionally, when I recently got my new car, Kenya at Freeway Insurance made sure everything got done and FAST! Can't say enough good stuff about her for all her help!

Seriously, you should call Freeway Insurance just to check if you can save money. The first time I did, I recall saving literally HUNDREDS of dollars a month!

Cancelled policy within 24 hrs.
Was told by two different people, one customer service representative and a insurance agent that the policy was cancelled and a refund would happen within five business days...
After 7 business days, I had to contact Mendota insurance and they told me that they are the only people authorized to refund the charges.
They still haven't sent me an email to direct the refund.
Don't think I'd use either company again
