I can not say enough to express my gratitude to Valeria. She was able to resolve my issue that I have been trying to resolve since Sept 19th. On Sept 19th I began a policy with freeway. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my policy .my daughter has cancer was unable to afford the policy..my agent FELIPE RODRIGUEZ AT THE 40TH ST location was so unprofessional and continued to ignore my calls..but that's another review which I will post on social media.i do not want to give attention to the poor service from felipe.but want to give attention to the great superior customer service I received from VALERIA.. she stayed on the phone with me throughout the whole process..I am 66 years old and I do not navigate the cell phone well.she had so much patience with me.. now I am waiting on my refund..I am so very grateful and humble to know that their is still people like Valeria in this world ..thank you so very much VALERIA for your help..freeway is lucky to have her as an employee..

Ok, First of all I want to tell you how genuinely amazing Elise was to me.

She went ABOVE & BEYOND to get me a quote that was $500 lower than of what other insurance was giving me. She is definitely a blessing and I couldnt be any happier! Plus talking to her is such a joy. She kept me laughing and happy throughout our whole conversation.
