Great experience with freeway and with my agent Munich Dominguez. Wanted to add a new vehicle to my current policy and she got me the best rates and with the most coverage. Thank you for finding me the coverage I wanted for my peace of mind.

"WATCH OUT A TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY LOOK AT YOUR BILL YOUR MONEY IS NOT ALL GOING TO YOUR PREMIUM!!!"

FIRST THE AGENTE TOTALLY LIED ABOUT MYFIRST INITIAL PAYMENT OF 186.00, IT WAS ALL SUPOOSED TO GO TO MY PREMIMUM BUT COMES TO FIND OUT FREEWAY INSURANCE IS THE MIDDLEMAN AND A 100.00 WENT TO THEIR SERVICE IT DID NOT GO TOWOARD MY PREMIUM. NEXT MONTH 100.00 TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK AND 84.00 FROM ASPIRE MY REAL INSURANCE AND THE 100.00 WENT TO FREEWAYS AGENT FEES AGAIN NOT GOING INTO MY PREMIUM. ABSOLUTE BULL S..... I CALLED THEY SAID WELL YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT. WELL LET ME TELL U WHEN I WAS SIGNING THE CONTRACT IT KEPT ENDING BCZ THE AGENT SAID I WAS TAKING TO LONG SO HE SAID JUST CLICK ON THE GREEN DOT IN THE R HAND CORNER AND IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY TAKE ME WHERE I NEED TO SIGN SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO READ EVERYTHING, YES SHAME ON ME FOR SIGNING WITHOUT READING, BUT I DIDNT THINK I HAD A DISHONEST PERSON THAT WAS HELPPING ME GET INSURANCE. SO BEWARE I CALLED TO COMPLAIN BUT SINCE I SIGNED IM OUT OF LUCK TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED. THEN I GO TO CALL TO CANCEL AND I CANT CANCEL BCZ I WONT CONCENT TO 3RD PARTY AND OTHER COMPANIES CALLING ME OR TEXTING ME( THIS IS IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BCZ THIS TIME IM READING IT) SO THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTLY THE WORST EVER. BETTER LOOK AT YOUR STATEMENT IF YOU DO GO THRU THEM BCZ YOUR MONEY IS NOT GOING TO INSURANCE ITS GOING TO THEM. !!

This Company does not deserve even a one. All I wanted to do was to make a change on my policy and when I stared asking questions they transfer me back to the main menu. They refused to give out their names, in return, they will throw you back to the main menu. They did that not only one time but 5 times. Eventually when I asked for a supervisor, they transfer me to another state. I assumed they did the change because she got all the information. I called the next day, and the change was not made. Can you Imagine if I have not called to make sure the change was made? This company is horrible!!!
