The gentleman that I first talked to Kevin Galvez was very respectful and he got all my information and took my payment but the gentleman Bryan Gonzalez Vargas that sent me an email out the next day telling me my application was incomplete so I called the number to see what was incomplete and he was very very rude so I hung up on him and he calls me right back and he says you hung up on me I said I know I can just read the paperwork telling me what I needed to do so my application was complete

terrible customer service, they only care about selling the policies, you want to have some advice and they send you to hell, it doesn't matter if you pay a little more but Allstate are much better, at least they consider you.
