terrible experience in the 2 months i was insured with them. canceled my policy after i paid a deposit of 570 pounds , they said as i had not sent in relevant documents. they were sent everything they asked for, but still canceled leaving me uninsured and 570 pounds down

AVOID-AVOID-AVOID- WORST COMPANY I DEALT WITH LAST 20 YEARS, PROPER SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS, I SEND THEM EVERYTHING WHAT THEY ASKED ME FOR AND THAN THEY JUST CANCEL MY INSURANCE AND CHARGED ME £1805.48 FOR A MONTH WHAT I WAS INSURED AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 6-8 WEEKS TILL I GET THE REST OF THE MONEY I PAID THEM. AND I CANT EVEN TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY DONT ANSWER MY CALLS..... THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN, NO WAY THEY SHOULD BE IN BUSINESS THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SWEET TALKERS TILL THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND THAN THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE JUST THIEFS!!!!

most brokers not know about traders policy. been with peacocks 8 years and still cheapest. dont use if you not real trader as they will cancel you policy if not send them paperwork as did my friend.

Very rude conduct, never update the MID on time sometime it takes days unless you call them again and again.
Very bad customer service, they should be under watchdog review.

The best price and customer service is good but they tend to threaten you with insurance cancellation when they write to you without decorum or any niceness in their wording and therefore i won't be renewing with them unless things change
