"Premium price for Chinese quality, but cool set nonetheless"
So i managed to find out which LED strip is which, this can easily be solved by simply numbering the strips or show an image with the lights on (so you know which one is which).
Yet they choose to picture the LEDs turned off..
I Wrote an review on the website but of course it was removed due to it being critical. (So i am sure there will be plenty more that might've complained but hey who knows). It was a 3 star review but this made it into a 2.
There is no dim on the device and the lights are so bright it's insane.. i cannot imagine anyone looking at this for more then 20 seconds before thinking yea turn it off again. As it can actually light up a complete room.
The instructions are not actually well written but poorly translated and missing steps in my opinion.
All in all this could be a very nice and premium product, but the way this company seems to work shows a Chinese mentality.
Which we all came to know as cutting corners and poor business practices as removing reviews and who knows what more.
Sad to see they don't want to put in the little extra work to make this in a actual premium state which we do pay for with that price.

I ordered a Light Kit for Home Alone on 23 september 2022. I've recieved an e-mail that my order was confirmed and that it was shipped. The track and trace dind't work en until now. I din't receive anything yet. So I send an e-mail to lightailing. I dind't get any respone on my e-mail. Also if I you use the contact form on the website, I get no respone. I hope that I will receive my order or that I will get my money back. I din't expected this. The reviews on this site were Ok
