"Returns process awful"
Cozey claims to have a seamless returns process, but the experience I had was anything but. They state that their returns will be processed within 3-7 business days, but it took over two weeks after they received the product, and never once did I receive an organic update on my return. I had contact them myself to find out that they had received the product back over a week ago and I still had not been notified.
I had to reach out myself at every step of the process for a follow up, and have never received a response other than 'we will look into it'.
While I did eventually receive my refund several weeks later, I would tread carefully if you are relying on their "easy" returns process to give you peace of mind when buying online (For example, they sent me a shipping label 2 days after Canpar had already picked up the package)
Their CS is obviously disorganized and probably understaffed, and you will find the entire process incredibly frustrating.

"Customer Service with Cozey? Uncomfortable & nonexistent."
Horrible experience so far. We were swayed by all of the impressive social media posts boasting Cozey's exceptional comfort and speedy service, so we visited the showroom and fell in love with the Ciello XL couch. We ordered a 4-seater sectional, as well as a storage ottoman. We received confirmation that delivery would be the 10th, including live-tracking details, and along with instructions to reserve elevators if necessary, etc.
We paid a deposit for our building's elevator, had movers on standby, and had our old couch sold and taken away the morning of the 10th with our elevator access to make space. Hours later, we livetracked the order, only to find that the delivery was cancelled. with no notification or explanation.
We reached out to Cozey to inquire, as well as their shipping logistics partner, GoBolt.
Cozey said "we'll look into it" and GoBolt said "we don't deliver partial orders. We had your couch, but not your ottoman, so we didn't deliver it".
We followed up with Cozey to get them to confirm with the delivery team that we needed the couch and were happy to pay a premium to have the ottoman delivered at a later date. This was declined. Two days of zero correspondence or updates from Cozey followed, so we reached back out to GoBolt, who then confirmed our couch was actually returned to the manufacturer.
We reached back out to Cozey, who had no idea the couch had been returned, and couldn't locate it.
That was 8 days ago. We have zero updates, and our order on the Cozey dashboard now shows "DELIVERED". We escalated the issue again, and they agreed it was an error on their end, but have done nothing to rectify the issue, or offer solutions.
"Can we cancel the order, re-order the items separately and receive our couch you already have made and ready to ship?" - no.
"Can we split the existing order?" - no.
"Can you send out a replacement order?" - no.
"Can you send us an update other than 'we have no update'?" - no.
They call their customer service their "Customer Happiness Team" though they do zero from what we've seen for customer happiness. If prompt service and clear communication is important to you, I hiiiiiighly recommend reading through TrustPilot before deciding to move forward with your Cozey purchase. We wouldn't have had any issue waiting a week, two weeks, etc, for our delivery -IF- they hadn't confirmed it, and sent instructions to reserve elevators, make the space, etc. We are now left without our original couch, no seating for hosting, and no answers.
Ah, and to their employee Marianne who chastised me when I said that our experience has been "absolutely insane" so far? I encourage you to spend $5k on the IDEA of a couch, that is now hiding in limbo, and reconsider your outrageously bratty demeanor when working in "Customer Happiness".

"TERRIBLE COMPANY, STAY AWAY!"
Not only did they ship out only 7 of 10 pieces of the sofa we ordered, but when we contacted them requesting an explanation as to why we received an incomplete sectional that is completely unusable, they issued a "replacement order" for the missing parts which NEVER ARRIVED EITHER! It has been over 3 weeks since we purchased this and it has been the worst experience of my life. The cushions arrived dirty with stains all over them, the delivery was extremely slow and customer support is unresponsive. The couch itself feels cheap, uncomfortable (you can feel the cheap foundation beneath the cushions) and clearly manufactured in CHINA with the lowest quality materials and you will find the same exact couch for a fraction of a price on ALIBABA (COZEY'S SUPPLIER!). Stay away from this fraudulent company.

"Good customer service, but poor product comfort and quality."
Customer service was good, however the product comfort and quality was a big disappointment. Purchased the Ciello w/ 2x Ottoman's and 2x coffee tables. A few delivery timing issues with things arriving separately but did receive everything eventually within a few weeks (despite stating delivery within a few days at time of purchase). Couch and ottoman quality was however poor. Cheap Nylon like fabric covering the base boxes under the cushions feels fragile, no sprung support beneath either. Finish fabric seems ok upon arrival, but can't comment on long term durability. Back, arm and ottoman cushions feel ok to the touch but are miss-shapen and don't provide enough support ergonomically. The structural back and side pieces have little to no padding and the hard 90 degree edges dig in and can be felt through the back cushions. The seat and back cushions also need constant re-adjustment between uses as they crumple and deform. Personally did not find it comfortable at all and the build quality seems well below par for this price. The only positive is that I am using Cozey's 30day return policy to get it picked up and returned. (Though dismantling and repacking back into 15x boxes was not fun).

"Horrible Experience and Questionable Quality"
I made the mistake of purchasing this item based on all the 5 star reviews featured on their website. I was very much suckered in by the glowing reviews posted but if I had looked deeper and found honest reviews such as these I would not have done so. I purchased an Altus 3 seater sectional with chaise in amber back on March 10th. The original delivery estimate was for the second week in April but due to what I was told was product shortages I did not receive anything until May 6th. Every time I communicated with the company I was given an apology and a discount on pillows. What I did receive was completely the wrong order. I ordered the original arms and was given the square arms. While I got the chaise I only received one seat. The chaise's frame was splintered and due to this the back of the seat is precarious and seems to be leaning more and more to the point of falling completely off each day I use it. When I reported this I was finally given a discount. I contacted the company multiple times and they could not get what I needed sent to me correct. I spoke with management to clarify and was told I would have the items in 1 week. I was given another discount. This also put the shipping date at May 17th. After 2 weeks with the items not being sent out I called in again. It was not sent until June 4th. I got an email today from the customer service representative who confirmed that it was shipped for me stating he told the company delivering the couch not to send it until June 15th! In conclusion, while it is a comfortable couch, the incapable service delivery and questionable quality is not worth the cost.

Ordered a sofa and it has now been over 10 weeks. They sent the ottoman after about 5/6 weeks the arms and legs at week 10 and the seats are still to ship. I get told different things everytime I contact customer service and I don't get much proactive follow up.

I would avoid Cozey entirely in the future and spend a couple extra bucks buying from a more reputable company that doesn’t lie and knows how to manage customer expectations. I purchased a chair from Cozey over a month ago and I have yet to receive the product even though the end of my delivery window was several days ago. I’ve reached out to their customer service multiple times and they are either unresponsive over email, or keep stringing me along over the phone and are unable to answer simple questions or tell me when my purchase is going to ship or if it’s even in stock. They fed me some excuse about a third party logistics team not responding to them, which may be true, but - note to the owners - if you can’t manage shipping to the US, then don’t. I think the truth is they run out of product and lie to customers about the expected shipping timeline to get you to buy their items anyway. Terrible business practice and customer management etiquette. Spend your money somewhere else.
