"Washable rug - horrible VOC smell, stay away!"

I ordered a machine washable rug and it took over 5 weeks for the order to ship; my credit card however was charged at the time of order placement. When it arrived, the rug is actually what I expected, but the rug pad that it shipped with was not! It smelled horribly of VOCs, to the point that 5 min in the room with the pad and I had a terrible headache. I contacted customer support and they went through all the steps I could take to clean the pad to get rid of the smell. I bought a machine washable rug specifically for the ease of care, I do not want to now spend time to wash, dry and air out a 6' x 8' rubber pad, hoping the horrible smell will go away, before I can enjoy the rug. I've already waited over 5 weeks! I'm very disappointed. I thought I was purchasing from a Canadian company, instead the product is made in China and the VOC smell is unbearable.

"These do not hold up!"

I have owned the Ciello 3 seater for 14 months now and am very disappointed.
The cushions don't stay in place and need to be repositioned every time you sit on them.The performance fabric pills very quickly, the weave hitches very easily and the cushions were misshapen within a few months of ownership. I reached out to Customer Service about this after 9 months and they did offer replacement cushions saying they had upgraded thier filling since my original purchase. They sent the wrong configuration of cushions and this in no way addresses the poor fabric. Given how poor the fabric is, we have to keep it covered all the time.
A $2000 sofa should last 15 years. This one looked like trash after less than a year.

Cushions suck won't stay put and take up half the seating, not very comfortable at all, well built and sturdy yes, have had since December hopefully will break in some ..good luck!

"Not great"

The first piece we ordered from Cozey arrived very quickly - probably within a week of ordering. We ordered an extension piece a month ago and have reached out to customer service multiple times and have been told it will be coming at the end of the week. That's happened three times now.

"They don’t tell you that these are made…"

They don’t tell you that these are made in China until you get the boxes. I would never purchase anything made in China. Very upset. Sorry I guess it is listed Under FAQ. Time to get new partners Cosey. Not Cool.

"Excellent Quality!"

Cozey couches are remarkably comfortable and durable. I have had my love seat and ottoman for over a year and they look like the day I bought them. Not only are the products wonderful - customer service is also great! I had issues with FedEx and their customer service so I contacted Cozey. It took a couple of days but they were able to sort the matter out and hopefully even improved FedEx’s deliveries. Sadly in today’s world not too many companies care about the purchaser. I will definitely be shopping with them again!

"Shipping is beyond frustrating!!!"

I ordered a small loveseat and an ottoman from Cozey because I read the reviews on how comfortable their products are and how fast their shipping is. As of now, I can't confirm about the comfort of the products because I still haven't received my order. There are 4 boxes total for my order. They were shipped with Purolator on Oct 11. The estimated delivery date was Oct. 14 because it was shipped from BC to AB. Anyway, now a few days after the estimated delivery date, they managed to deliver 2 out of 4 boxes which are the ottoman and a seat. I'm still missing the other seat and two arms. I can't do anything with the 2 boxes right now as some crucial parts are still missing. I'm stuck with 2 big boxes in my small condo, taking up so much space. The 3rd box (which they don't know which part of the couch it's going to be) says it's expected to be delivered tomorrow and the 4th box is nowhere to be found. It's not even in the Purolator system yet. It's ridiculous! You would think if you sell a set of couch in multiple boxes, they would have enough common sense to make sure to ship them together or to strictly instruct the courier not to separate the boxes under any circumstances so that they can be delivered at the same time. I called customer services twice which the reps were very helpful, they offered to re-ship the missing piece asap but it still doesn't change the fact that their shipping sucks! And even if they re-ship the missing piece asap, that will still add another couple of days (if not another week) onto the time I've been waiting for this order. I'm beyond frustrated. Cozey needs to improve their shipping process big time. I'm not sure when I will get all the pieces so that I can finally put them together. From this horrible experience, I don't think I will ever order anything from Cozey again or recommend them to anybody!

"This company has not made any effort to…"

This company has not made any effort to contact me regarding delays and has not given any updates to when I can expect to receive the $2000 couch configuration I ordered over a month ago. They make no customer service efforts to be proactive at all and leave the customer in the dark about when the item you paid hard-earned money for will arrive. If you have a family I highly recommend avoiding this business
