Firstly we were introduced to Brett, who guided and advised us as to what our best options were for our financial planning. This advice was tailored to our specific position and not generalised.
When the investment was made, the systems in place give you certainty as to your portfolio in real time and the ability to check your financial position as regularly as needed.
Ongoing we have been managed by Cara who has provided support and advice to help us make informed choices.
All round a stress free experience, for what can be, a very scary subject!
