I got approved- they were super helpful and professional- the stuff arrived very fast - I saw some neg reviews on here and was worried - but we didn't have a single issue in any way- I give them 6 stars - from the first phone call to arrival of stuff was like 7 or 8 days total - was very fast

Ist had a rude doctor questioned me like Gestapo then said about my honest answers" I am telling you now,I don't believe you " Its all on recording.Complaint,apologies, discount, new Dr,all good ,Documents from specialist accepted,script written. Buy script. Pharmacy calls,will not dispense as refuses my Documents from specialist Pharmacy also RUDE AS.At no time was I rude or impolite i spoke evenly with intelligence. I've met all the legal requirements I have xrays if needed...... big stuff around for days,no promised calls ever came,I had to chase everything up .Ridiculous. now I have no money ,no pain relief. Asked Easykind for reason why Specialist Documents rejected.......,to date had no answer from Easykind, Now I can't get medical anywhere as all computers are linked and Easykind have put on their computer a condition I don't have ( overruled by specialist). I'm a pensioner I saved up for months $800 for this Specialist as per Easykinds requirements, my cat went without her pain medication, now we both in pain...wow what a fantastic company.5 stars for the ZONG award.This whole process has taken 2 weeks out of my life,this time round ( yes 2nd time) . ...not worth the hassle ,trouble,time,mess around, money AVOID AVOID AVOID I didn't just need a smoke after all this trouble and stress, I need a xanax 2 bourbons,a walk in the garden with my cat and a lie down.To date they still have my money and won't answer the phone. Unbelievable, OK,I have my refund- minus card processing fees ...Run by Patients for Patients.

Tried to overcharge rrp on a 10g by FORTY DOLLARS over on product via associated chemist I health... . On polite query and compliant I was accused of an unproductive attitude? .when I requested that one script be released so I could collect from fair priced local pharmacy I was SAVAGED... Admin staff savaged me like angry brown snakes and cancelled treatment for daring to complain about excessive pricing and admin team gave me a smart arsed discharge letter complicating approaching a new clinic , stating my attitude triggered them. ?🤣. absolutely zero stars for glorious gouging .... Don't be sucked in by nice treatment initially , Nurse Anne was perfect and precise but we were both let down by EasyKinds aggressive pricing at the associated pharmacy. .I was refused access to management or my doctor also so could not inform provider of scripts about the gouging that resulted . ...if you don't want your wallet robbed, go elsewhere.... to boot all the kind flower products are borderline , meh very cheap bulk greenhouse grows marked right up to premium prices and they refused to fix pricing where , 125 plus postage for a generic 10g product that is actually 85 RRP confirmed by external pharmacy. .. My good value 30g script was hidden completely in the portal and I was presented with below test , Taurus 23(25) at 110 per 10g and 2x generic flower at 40 dollars each over RRP 125 each for 85 RRP product that's , aggressive gouging. .. Strongly advise go elsewhere as this is the second time EasyKind has done this to me, many others commenting also around the traps.. I'd say it's shake you down via high priced portal and if you complain , a smart arsed ejection results , how dare you complain about over rrp .... 👍seems a consistent operation for robbing the nieve via priced up online order portal showing only marked up prices and expensive products with the I health portal appears to be the procedural approach to the unnecessary wallet fishing which is unacceptable. In this way I health blame kind , kind blame I health and patient gets charged 40 Australian dollars above retail on a single 10g bucket. Avoid 🚫. Adding 1/3 of retail recommended price in straight out Gouging costs? Where do extra $$ collected go to, finally ? Would be the interesting question of importance beyond my undesired wallet extraction attempt...I call it how it appears by my experience, very unsavoury

Ordered my medicine Wednesday 22nd 7:19am & got a text 3:50pm that afternoon & haven’t been notified where it is or when it will be here since. this is why I can’t trust government bodies, take our money happily & come through with their service when they feel like it, first time ordering again in a long time. Honestly the last. Useless
