Helpful staff in the showroom without being too pushy. Ordering over the phone was easy as was finding a delivery date.

Great service in store! Very helpful and not pushy. Ordered Sat, delivery following Weds, excellent. However, had to re schedule delivery date for week, for various unseen reasons. This cost me £49, of which I was not aware , but hey ho. At 7.45 am on the ORIGINAL delivery date however, the bed settee turned up! It then had to sit on my patio, all day, risking getting soaking wet, whilst I hurriedly had to arrange to get it inside, totally inconvenient!!!
My £49 got refunded. Then, to add insult to injury, ANOTHER bed settee turned up onthe DUE DATE!! By the exact same delivery men! They didn't recall delivering one the week before lol!
Very tempting to keep ......!!!! Excellent bed settee though!
