This site has beautiful shoes but sizing is tricky. I bought a U.S. size 7.5 but received a U.K size 7.5. This was difficult for me to figure out. I finally did so by measuring the shoes from the inside. I sent 10 photos to verify the size difference. I escalated the issue to Paypal who would not support me because I really wanted the shoes. After several weeks of messages, they return the cost of the shoes, so I'm happy but I still don't have an address to return the big shoes. Overall, I'm satisfied because this transaction was looking like a total lost.

Je n’ai pas reçu la bonne pointure. En effet j’avais commandé une pointure 38 j’ai reçu une pointure 39. J’ai envoyé un mail au service après vente mais celui ci ne m’a pas répondu.
