Had an issue with 3 crates not being available at the time of the collection (our fault) and was only charged for another collection and not another week's hire.

Second time I have used this company and will do so again in future. Excellent service. Only reason for not give full five stars as the only contact number is an 0870 number and that you can't return the crates on the weekend. Other than that, I would fully recommend!
