Having to deal daily with different contractors and suppliers, I know just how frustrating they can be! Different story with Crate Hire UK, it really is such a fab service from beginning to end - easy and simple to use with great customer service!

I love the fact I always speak with the same person who looks after our account and knows what going on, rather than just an operator in a call centre! And you don't even have to call, you can drop them an e-mail to extend your hire, which is great!

Fantastic service, easy to use and easy to amend when required. Have amended my order a few times via email and its been fine.
Slight hitch with the delivery of my grates but the service was fantastic and had a call back and my correct order within 2 hours.
Only issue I have is with the high delivery and pick up costs but this is common practice for all crate hire.
