reasonably cheap and the crates were very useful while moving house. Office and deliver staff friendly and helpful.
However, the wrong crates were delivered and too many, there was a lot of faffing about on the phone they wanted to come back and change them the same day but it didn't suit. In the end they left it be.
I was going to drop the crates back but decided to pay £30 for collection. Not cheap but I didn't want to carry them again. They only sent 1 collection man though and I was on the second floor, he didn't ask for help but I kind of had to or he would have struggled. They should really have 2 man teams collecting just as they do delivering.

Another minor point, the crates were all a bit dirty inside - they should really be cleaned or at least hosed down between hire.

"Poor service"

Although you delivered the crates on the date requested, you did not pick it up. You then issued us with an 'extension hire' invoice which you took payment from my credit card with no authorisation. You subsequently tried to pick the crates up from the place we relocated from, and your courier tried to blame it on us.
All in all, I will not use you again.

I would recommend that you use Crate Hire for any movement of staff. We needed to move over 60 staff within our two buildings and I underestimated how many crates we needed. Quick call to Ben - Account Manager -They delivered without fuss the next day to ensure we had ample. Anyone doing office moves is under stress from all staff concerned but Ben was superb no quicker had I called him to change the collection date it was done. 100% efficiency from them at all times and customer care was first class.

The online service was really easy to use, I received a call the day before from the delivery company checking access to our building. The crates were picked up on time after a call again confirming pick up. One wee snag where an extra invoice came in for extra week's hire that I didn't request but one phone call and this was sorted out within ten minutes. Will definitely use the service again.
