it's the first time that I hire all the boxes for my move. They arrived the expected day and the expected time. The boxes were in perfect conditions. The collection was as expected too. Punctual and reliable company. I highly recommend its services, which for sure I will use in my next move. Really happy!!

Friendly and efficient. My order arrived a day late but Ben kept me up to date calling me to say there was a delay and I wasnt in a hurry so told them not to stress and to come to me in the morning which they did.
I actually missed the 4.30 deadline but they took my order by phone anyway. So the late delivery wasn't in the least a problem.
Great guys, nice to be able to have a laugh especially when my whole office move experienve was such a stressful and awful time-all internal :-)

Found website very helpful in calculating the number and type of crates required, ordering was easy, delivery and collection very straightforward. Turned up when they said they would.
One point, the adhesive labels sent were too small and all one colour, found it easier to use different colours for different departments and larger labels so that they were easy to see.

I never actually met the delivery and pickup drivers - they came, spoke to my staff, picked up the crates I hired and left with little fuss!

I'd have liked a clearer guide to pricing on the website - 25 quid drop off and another 25 quid pick up - it's not that it's expensive, it's that it was dropped on me on the checkout page and so I hadn't budgeted for it when getting approval for the cost.

This is a really minor niggle however. The service is absolutely stellar and I highly recommend you use them if you're looking for crate hire.

I never have any problems with this service, it is cost effective and reliable, even with all of the problems with deliveries that we have been having in the local area in Holborn! The staff are always really friendly too- the sales team and the delivery team.
