Delivery men negotiated 4 flights of stairs with 24 crates without complaint and with a smile. Crates sturdy and fit for purpose. Great for stacking in removal van. Made moving much easier. Customer services helpful and very accommodating working out convenient pick up time. Overall excellent service, competitively priced and would use again.

Ordering the crates online for our house move was dead easy. The delivery guys showed up exactly when they said they would, and happily put the crates where we needed them. They were also great on pick-up day, and took care not to ding the walls while getting the boxes out of the house (not easy with tight corners and narrow halls). Happy to recommend them, and would definitely use them again for our next move.

This is the second time that I have used Crate Hire UK for hiring furniture for events at a Conference venue and I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Not only was the hire reasonably priced, but the staff were very friendly and prompt in their responses. Everything was delivered and collected as promised and the whole ordering process was very easy and customer friendly.

Crate have been extremely useful and practical for moving home. Service was very straight forward and email reminder clear and useful. The only difficulty was finding the place for collection in Middleton Manchester. Very badly signed and poor indications. Staff there were helpful and friendly though.

The drivers were helpful in suggesting where to stack the crates and helped to make our move smoother. There were no complaints that they had to carry them up a flight of stairs!
