I was very happy with the service I got from Crate Hire UK, from my first emailed question to the helpful staff when I returned my crates. I have never used such a service before but it seemed very good value to me and I would definitely use them again if needed (which I hope I don't!!). The only problem I had was finding the depot in Livingston as it wasn't called Crate Hire UK but seemed go under the name Teacrates, so maybe a note could be added to the website to avoid confusion for others who choose to collect their crates. Other than that, all good!
