We also found their availability 7 days a week a huge benefit. In respect of the property we bought, we called on a Sunday and viewed on the Monday.

Angie and Dave undertook the selling of my house, a difficult house to sell being a grade 2 listed building. A former school house. Due to the peculiarities of the house, it was on the market for two years or more. Throughout this period Angie & Dave approached each viewing as if it was the first. The enthusiasm presented was astonishing. Feedback was excellent, send an email to them Sunday afternoon and a reply would be forthcoming within the hour.

The dedication shown by these two can only be described as above and beyond the call of duty.

They also provide a realistic valuation of a property. Others pitch it too high, unrealistically high, which just delays matters.

I am currently selling another house, I had no second thoughts in asking them to handle this. I am expecting to exchange contracts within a couple of weeks.
