Having decided to sell our home, and having spoken to many of the regular 'High Street' Estate Agents, we decided to try and sell with nu:move, an on-line Estate Agent. Neil was just brilliant - amazingly knowledgeable and actually interested in what WE wanted which was a refreshing change!!
Thanks to his hard work, our house was on all the internet sites within days. Neil booked a hoard of viewers for us and he was there for every one as we requested... We sold our home to just the second viewer, and for the price we wanted - fantastic!

When we decided to sell our home, we did the usual thing of speaking to lots of different local 'high-street' Estate Agents but Neil Mugford from the On-line Estate Agents nu:move, stood out from the start.

He was clearly incredibly knowledgeable about the local property market. He had all the time in the world to talk things through and explain how he would work for us, what we could expect and he was actually interested in what WE wanted too, a refreshing change! Neil even said that he would keep a close eye out for properties for us that might be of interest to us for our onward move. And all of this for a FRACTION of the fees charged by other Agents.

The sale itself was as painless as it could possibly be - Neil organised a superb photographer and got our house onto all of the property websites very quickly for maximum exposure to the market ; he organised viewings, always to fit in with ourselves, and was present to show those people around with us as we requested...We sold our house within a couple of days to the second viewee - and for the price we had been looking to achieve !!!

The sale process itself from there on was plain sailing - Neil kept in touch all the time and very much helped things to run smoothly thanks to him being so proactive.There was never once a time that he couldn't be contacted. Now, several months on, we have moved and are incredibly happy in our new place.
