I didn't have the greatest customer service experience, but it was more due to a misunderstanding. When I got the protein powder, it was some of the best and tastiest I've had. Good company and will order again.

I initially ordered a whey protein, thinking it was the premium option, but it turned out to be a lower grade one. When I reached out to customer support, they were incredibly helpful and offered me a free return. Thanks to their excellent service, I decided to place another order for the premium whey protein and their super greens supplement.
On top of that, I had 15K credits that I couldn't redeem, but the support team took care of it for me. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I’m not a first timer (with them) and again order was incomplete. In short: if you cannot (or will not provide) please do not promise. Last time was an entire bag of zinc now the black logo shaker is missing (after you guys push me on a sale of 150+) just for this item.

Did not receive my order last time
Did not receive my order last time. Took a chance on a Black Friday sale after a long wait (which is understandable) with that order I did. So its hit or miss.Never received credit back or products ordered from previous time before. Disappointed to say the least. One must consider the losses along with the costs to determine what savings there are or are not & determine your comfort level of risk along with also factoring in wait time for shipment to arrive, or not .
Date of experience: February 27, 2021. UPDATE: May 12 2024 I have written many positive 5 star reviews, now going over old emails I notice my 2 star review was removed. Now i understand why there was no follow up or order received from Canadian Protein, only a comment stating item may have been out of stock. No, I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER: PERIOD. I'm not going to forget this. Canadian Protein took my money, did not deliver order, when issue brought to attention, review was flagged & removed.

"Order not shipped"
I put in an order for 8kg protein over two weeks ago.
Super disappointed it hasn’t been even been shipped yet. I was looking forward to trying the vegan protein as it seems to have a really great ingredient list.
I can’t consume beef or dairy and I have been struggling to get my required amount of dietary protein.
I spoke to someone from the company in regard to this 4 days ago hoping to have my issue addressed. Either expedite my package or give me a refund.
It still hasn’t bee addressed by the company, they’ve acknowledged my issue but then have done nothing about my order. They haven’t given me my money back or shipped out my product. Super poor customer service. Not impressed.

"The most unsatisfactory customer experience"
I placed an order for Grass-Fed New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate - 2 kg (4.4 lb) on Oct 22, 2023. As of the date of this review (Dec 01, 2023), I have neither received the package nor been issued a refund. I contacted their customer service, and they initiated an investigation with Canada Post. However, it has been over a month, and the investigation remains open without resolution. As a customer, I am left waiting for either a refund or the delivery of my package. This has been the most unsatisfactory customer experience I have ever encountered.

"Horrible Customer Service"
I've been a customer for a long time with no problems, until recently when I had to deal with their customer service. It was one of the most infuriating experiences. One of the products I received was damaged and tasted absolutely disgusting. So, I returned it and asked for a refund.
They to deny my refund, stating that they'd never had any issues with damaged products. And they accused me of lying just because I tasted the protein. This whole ordeal was over a few dollars! Now I'm left without my money and without the protein I bought. I will NEVER buy from them again!

"I ordered my protein powder June 29 and…"
I ordered my protein powder June 29 and am still waiting for the product to arrive. Email contact with the company tells me it was to finally arrive yesterday, but nothing. Today the product delivery update tells me product is again delayed. I am beyond frustrated.
