I had a hearing test with Michela at London Bridge. She was highly qualified and explained everything to me very clearly - beforehand as to what was going to happen, and afterwards to explain the results. The facilities and equipment are first rate and I came away with a very clear understanding of how my hearing is. I previously had my ears cleaned at Hearology using the micro suction technique which was also excellent. I shall be going back for regular check ups and cleaning to ensure my ears are in tip-top condition.

I saw that Hearology had good reviews so booked an appointment for a chronic problem with eczema in my ears and narrow ear canals. I once had microsuction before and it wasn’t successful. The audiologist at Hearology was fantastic and explained that I also has an infection and she spent time slowly and carefully clearing my ears and offering 2 follow up appointments to finish one ear and to check my ears once I have finished an antibiotic course. I feel like I am now in really good hands. She has given me tips on how to manage my problem. I would definitely recommend.
