"Read the T&Cs very carefully!"

Read the T&Cs very carefully before booking with County Clean Group! They were unable to fit their waste truck through our gate and charged us 100% of the cost (£180) despite not providing the services paid for. We requested they retry with their smaller waste truck but they declined to do so. Alternative waste companies have been able to access the property with no issues.

After making a number of calls to them and asking to speak with a manager, a small % of the cost (£59) was eventually refunded. I will not be using them in future.

Service was appalling. Still have a sewage unit which doesn't work. Engineer didn't get in touch with me until I left a one star review on another site (some weeks after he had been out to inspect the unit) and then said a new blower would work for a few weeks or perhaps some months or a few years!!! This advice is not helpful.

CountyClean has emptied my sceptic tank three times over the past year. Booking is an easy and pleasurable process with the helpful and friendly voices at the other end of the line. The emptying itself is always on time and efficiently done. Invoices follow quickly. I recommend CountyClean highly.

John that emptied our tank was so helpful, caring and very professional at his job, it takes time and patients to empty a tank the correct way, and he was first class.

Do not use this company! They offer an extremely poor service, could not give two hoots about customer services and they do not do what you are paying them for, then unbelievably blame you for not asking for the right thing? Ben is apparently the Manager who is rude and unhelpful.
We ordered an empty of our treatment plant - they turned up but did not fully empty all chambers as 'they did not have the right equipment' but still charged us the same. At the only previous visit we had from them they had cleaned out and emptied all areas and then hosed them down so we expected the same again.... This time they did not bother and were totally unhelpful. As advised by them, we were told we needed a service so we requested a quote and booked it in. They turned up for 10 minutes (blew out air filter and checked blower which we only had installed 1 year ago) and that was it. No cleaning or servicing of any parts. The engineer took photos of the dirty chambers and poor workmanship which they then sent over to us with the invoice!
My husband called them to see if we could get a reduced price for them to come back and empty it properly and hose it out but they have point blank refused. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
