I was having big problems with iGadgetsrecycled, who were making up excuses as to why they couldn't send me the money they owed me after I (foolishly) sold my Samsung phone to them. Claire took ownership of the problem and contacted them, and the next day a cheque was in the post to me.

I foolishly chose Phone Recyclers who tried to rip me off, but Suzanne at sellmymobile was fantastic and helped me get the full amount for my tablet as well as the court fee reimbursed. These people really do care about their customers (as opposed to Phone Recyclers).

I was unlucky enough to chose Cash4Phones via sellmymobile.com and had endless trouble, however, I eventually contacted Sell my mobile and got a very helpful response from Claire who assured me that she'd get it sorted and true to her word she did! I got my money a few days later and she kept in touch to make sure that was the case. She also referred my complaint to their MD and they have since removed C4P from their site.

Great service, and won't hesitate to use them again!

The site is very simple and easy to use, offers a wide range of non cash options for trading your phone in such as gift vouchers or loyalty points for most high street brands, to donating the proceeds to charity. - or the old fashioned cash or cheque

The whole process, took me less than 5 minutes to sell and I will definately be using SellMyMobile again in the future
