The installation took 7 hours and the workmanshipp was excellent
Very little mess was made all of which was cleaned up.
The installation team gave me a very good demonstation of how the boiler and hive works and left my house in a a very warm condition

Great customer service from Blue Flame. Attended to my father in law's boiler within a few hours. He's 92 and had no heating or hot water on one of our coldest days this winter. Couldn't have had a better response. Both engineers were efficient and polite.
