"Very unproffesional"

I paid in full for my training in september, at the beggining the communication was good and my thheory was booked in a decent amount of time but now it's already been a month since i passed my theory and still not have my training booked. Couldn't reach them on the phone and the replies in the email are very evasive, i asked them to tell me how i can get a refund and they just give me the general information and not even giving me a quote over the amount i am entitled to and keep saying they will provide me a training date soon every time i ask about it but never get back to me. Worst choice i have made to start with them, i would never recommend this company.

What a fantastic course. Great people great vibes! I was pushed forward through every step and given a little nudge at certain times which I needed. Really approachable and always around when needed. Best part of it all is I start my new job next week.

"I embarked on a new career back in…"

I embarked on a new career back in august. I was fed up in my mundane 9-5 office job and wanted a career change. I had always enjoyed driving and decided to give it a go.

I found easy as HGV online and spoke to Jake. Found him very informative and really helped guide me to getting my licence. After a few weeks deliberating I went for it.

Jake helped me with my medical, gave me all the theory material and made the process easy. There was constant emails and communication until I passed my theories. Which I did with only 2 marks off 100%. Needless to say I was chuffed.

It was a few months before I got in the truck but went for my 4 days and loved it. Took to it like a duck to water after being very nervous before starting.

Passed!! Can’t believe it. I have now just started my new job and I still can’t quite believe I am now a qualified driver. Couldn’t have done it without easy. So thank you all!

All I can say is how impressed I am with the support guidance and just knowledge of the team at easy as HGV. I could tell from the first phone call that they where the right firm for me. Offered the whole package. Helped me book every element from medical to the in truck training. Every phone call was met with a friendly person and always willing to help. It did take slightly longer than planned but that’s not their fault. Covid and changes to the regs. Still very happy that I choose them. Look forward to coming back for my class 1 in the summer!

So earlier I wrote a review about this company about the experience whith them which the flagged and it was removed .didn't like it then ???? They stopped 1700 pounds four consolation fees when I wrote on here they offer me 250 I refused after my review they oferd me 700 pounds as a so c called good will gesture what a joke and was asked to take my post down .Well no .if you are thinking of training think long and hard weather you can complete it .if you cancel this company will take your cash .stay away

I passed everything first time with this company. My friend Wojciech passed with them in September and recommended me to do the same. I am very happy with it all and want to thank , Eric, Sam and the lovely lady who booked my dates.

Fantastic support right the way through. Communication was great every step of the way! The instructors are helpful and take their time explaining things. I’m happy to say I’ve now passed my Class 2! Great way to start the year.
