What an experience!! I actually can’t quite believe I am now a fully fledged driver. The guys have been fantastic. Helped me step by step through the whole process. Always there when I needed them. Great support, great communication 10/10 from me.

Don’t waste time looking elsewhere. I called 6 different firms before I booked and the staff at easy as HGV where very helpful. Ran me through it all. Send out info and gave advice. That’s exactly what I needed before I committed to a new career!

Ive now done both class 2 and now class 1 and passed both first time.
There instructor's know there stuff. They where helpful, considerate and understanding. Steve was great the way he taught me gave me confidence and so much knowledge of how we should treat the roads, other road users, and how to approach hazards correctly.
There is no point looking any further.

Paid £1800, 11 months later, finally get second test, just for perspective paid for pass protection, did not drive class 1 since last july. better company's out there. Do not trust this company. The company they sent me to was a 100 mile round trip, first day was Wednesday, turned up and was sent home as they new nothing about me. Thursday was arranged for 0530, got a call come in 1430, 1630. Friday should of been 1230 till 1630 the truck did not actually arrive until 1400. The trainer declared he could not do reversing with me as he was a wagon and drag trainer. Sunday. 1030 1800. With same wagon and drag trainer. Monday test, failed on reversing. Made a complaint, and as stated just keep getting same response were waiting to hear will be in touch, they never get in touch. But still keep the £1800 WHICH INCLUDED A SECOND TEST. All I know is I paid my money in July and now its October and I have nothing. Today is Monday 11 October, I will post again on Friday 15 October with any progress on my ongoing problems with easy as hgv. Tuesday 12. Emailed EASY AS HGV today to ask if they had a date for my class 1 test, there response was that they tried to ring me this morning bot my phone was busy, and they have spoken to the school they have dates but a couple of trainers are off ill, so don't want to give any dates out until there return. As I pointed out why could they not have emailed me this information. The only information I receive is when I email first. So still no sign of a test any time soon. Will keep this post updated. WEDNESDAY 13. RECEIVED an email today telling me that they have been trying to contact the school for an update, will let me know as soon as they have one, as I can appreciate they are very busy at the moment it said. All I would like is a full refund, so I can go get my class 1 licence with a company who might actually care.
THURSDAY 14. No correspondence.
FRIDAY 15. It will have been so long since I have been in a class 1, by the time a test comes around, I am primed to fail. £1800, waisted, as a class 2 driver for the nhs £1800 took a very long time to save. All for nothing.
MONDAY 18. NO correspondence.
Going to end my updates tonight, its going nowhere fast. 4 months, £1800, nothing but stress and excuses. If your about to embark on your class 1 journey, think carefully, its your future. Good luck.. today is Oct 28, been given a date. DEC 22. 6 Months. Quality. Certainly no sign of any recompense for the 6 months of worry, stress and absolute disgraceful way I have been treated. 3,3,2022, received email today from trust pilot wanting documentation so they can validate my review which is fine, sent it off straight away, as soon as it is validated will update this post with all details of why still not had all my training and tests that I paid £1800 for in July of last year. Sent me a email on 3 March saying they could possibly get me my test in Birmingham. Over a hundred miles away, I declined. 196 reads so far, imagine those 196 taking there £1800 elsewhere, completing the whole process in 2 weeks, as opposed to 9 months + and still waiting... they offered me 4 hours training and a free re test, turned up on 21 Dec, turns out that it was only reversing test, and only 2 hours training, but the 2 hours turned in to 1 as we had to spend the second hour travelling to test center. Just got new offer for April 14, yes you guessed it 1 hour train, second hour travelling to site. Since I booked and paid £ 1800 I have had 6 actual hours driving, SINCE JULY 2021, the name of the game is they don't care if you fail, just give the very least and we're done, money in the bank. Horrible, horrible company. Soon as you pay your cash, you will have to chase them for everything, too busy taking the next person's cash. THERE DOES SEEM A LOT OF INVITED REVIEWS ON THIS SITE.... invest in your future, make wise decisions do your homework, don't line somebody's pocket who has no interest in your future....Especially this outfit. Without doubt THE worst company you will ever waste your money on. Atleast Richard Turpin wore a mask....also left a review on Google maps!........
