This is by far the best beef I have eaten. I have tried the ribeye, flat iron, Denver steak, hamburger and filet. They were all exceptional. Bradon and Rachael are very knowledgeable and trustworthy and great to work with. If you try it you will be hooked!

"Great filets!"

I ordered filets, which were incredible meat, but my order was almost all from the small end of the filet which meant they were mostly three inches or more tall in order to get close to 8 oz. Also, most were just under 8 oz, but I was given an extra filet so the total weight of what I got was actually more than what I paid for. Weins Wagyu was really responsive to my concerns and gave me a small credit on the order. They also said they would be finding a new processor that would hopefully solve some of this type of problem. In fairness, I understand the dilemma given the filet is simply a smaller circumference at the end, which may be why this quality of filet can run much more elsewhere if they are only sending 1.5-2" filets that are a specific weight. For my money these were incredible and I didn't mind butterflying them to get two filets of the right thickness. I'll order again and, assuming the new processor improves the assortment, I'll up this to five stars if that's an option.
