Not only did they do a great job but they also advised us on a number of areas where we were clearly out of our depth and made sure that everything was done for a fair price.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Called me back out of hours, understood that I was a bit worried and so came first thing the next day. They could have ordered a broken part, taken the money with a potential no resolution but instead they helped and advised me on the best course and what would be beneficial to me. "Adapting bathroom for disabled user"

I found NP plumbing through an online recommendation - I am so pleased I did: Neil and his assistant Sean did a wonderful job installing a sink, replacing a shower with a bath, hanging a sliding door etc. Most significant were the efforts they made to ensure everything would be accessible for me as a wheelchair user. I particularly love the way they made modifications that are stylish rather, a reminder that bathrooms modified for the disabled do not always need to look orthopaedic: for instance they adapted the panel on the side of the bath so that I can grip it at any position along the length of the bath. Not only is this practical, it looks great. The end result is a beautiful bathroom that suits my needs, and all the time Nil and Sean were cheerful and easy to have in the house. This was a very satisfactory experience with an excellent outcome.
