It's always a pleasure to make my bi-monthly visits. All the Ladies working at the Hair Club in Bloomington MN are amazing!! They are kind and courteous to me while I am there. They ask if they can get me a soda pop, water, coffee or snack while waiting. No one offers that to their customers while they wait. I don't even do that at my service business. However, I've changed my venue and now I do it since I realized the huge value it brings to my service business and the good will to the customers / clients.

"Front desk is not always helpful"
Had a timing issue with front desk staff - almost made me quit HC. She was obnoxious - hair consultant is the best though

"The staff was professional and friendly."
First of all they were professional and very proficient in their work and attitude towards me. I felt they cared about me as a client. Mastering what was best for my hair and being patient with me deciding my look. I have to admit I was nervous on my second visit. Aaron and the staff were friendly from day one. Both visits were pleasant. Right now, I'm very busy preparing for a future in FLORIDA.

"Very pleasant staff but treatment did not work for me."
Staff were always very pleasant. Tried to help with new suggestions, treatments and products to deal with hair loss and hair styling. Enjoyed the Maxxam curl activating spray. Unfortunately for me there was no noticeable increase in hair growth after 9 months. Same hair pattern hair loss on day one as on the last day. Monthly visit consisted of assessment, hair wash, treatment (involving "mud" application, heat and vibration scalp massage), optional hair cut and styling then receiving products for the next month based on that days assessment. Visit lasted just over one hour.

"It failed completely!"
They accepted me as a patient even though the doctor noted in his chart that I may not be a viable candidate. My willingness to pay $8500 obviously trumped any of their initial misgivings. I have much less hair 14 months later than I did when I had my operation. When I stated my displeasure and asked if there was a "plan B" none was given. Certainly there was no offer of a partial refund for a clear failure in services performed. What's frustrating is I did everything asked of me and more as a dutiful patient following doctor's orders: I had three times the laser treatments recommended; I also took the recommended supplement twice a day to replace my baldness but nothing worked. No one wants to ever hear the personal cost but what the heck, you asked for my opinion. Now at 58years old I'm being laid off in May. I'm upside down in my house and I have to pursue re-financing which will probably after all that, not allow me to keep my home. Now more than ever I could use that $ but nobody really cares about that.
Now that I've said how I truly feel, I was at least treated with respect and kindness by the owner and staff. If I knew then what I know now, I never would have gone through with this operation.
